Job Description / Responsibilities:

Supply Chain 2010 is a multi-year strategy to transform Loblaw Companies Limited Supply Chain fundamentals. We are working towards one nationally, centrally managed Supply Chain. This exciting initiative will concentrate on accelerating flows to deliver the customer the freshest products focusing on improved inventory management capabilities, planning, forecasting and replenishment. Overview
This role supports the above Supply Chain 2010 program working with Capability Leads across the program and stakeholder teams across Loblaw to ensure that the organization is ready, willing and able to implement and sustain the required changes. The position reports to the Sr Director OD for Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead change teams responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive change plans driven by process and technology changes to ensure colleague and organization readiness. Support the achievement of targeted business outcomes for the project.

• Scope of change work includes: Stakeholder Management, Communications, Training & Education, OD/Job Design, and Change Monitoring/Readiness.

• Continually track the pulse of the change journey, identifying risk areas and determining appropriate interventions. This includes cross-project change issues that may impact common stakeholder groups.

• Coordinate assistance as required from the Change Management Shared Services organization.

• Ensure an appropriate sustainment plan is developed and executed.

• Build strong relationships with program leadership, HR, Loblaw Business leadership and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have at least 6 years of experience in Change Management/OD, including relevant change management experience on large projects - covering such areas as: Communications, Organization Development and Stakeholder Management;

• Exceptional project management skills;

• Very strong interpersonal skills & analytical skills;

• Have a high level of business acumen and people acumen;

• Must be able to deal well with ambiguity.

• Relevant University degree or equivalent with experience in retail or supply chain industry.
