Responsibilities Include:
Develop course outlines and all related student guides, exercise guides, quick reference guides, appendix items needed.
Complete course and exercise development within specified timelines
Ensure the instructional integrity of training documentation by adherence to Loblaw development standards
Participate in pilot training sessions (facilitator and/or observer for changes in content)
Identify exercise scenarios in conjunction with Course Owners
Identify and ensure that data load requirements are met for the training database
Assist in loading of data into the training database
Report course development status to Training Team Lead
Communicate project related issues to Training Team Lead
Validate the exercise scenarios in the training developers box - SAP Applications
Complete all training documentation as located to each developer |
