Assist the Store Manager in achieving P&L and sales targets
Work in collaboration with Store Manager to execute business plans
Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers
Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
Provide input to the Store Manager to help shape business unit strategy
Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
Monitor the competitive environment in your market and propose unique responses

Role Requirements:
?3-5 years of prior operations and P&L management experience
?Prior experience in coaching, developing and motivating in retail
?Ability to develop and implement action plans in a team environment
